Terms & Conditions – Clear in Sight 

 

1. Definitions and Applicability
 

1.1 Clear in Sight provides an online platform for self-reflection, consisting of free blogs, a paid membership (The Inner Journey) for access to (audio) exercises and digital workbooks, and 1-on-1 personal coaching.
 

1.2 These terms apply to any use of the website www.clear-in-sight.com, all offered services, and all agreements between Clear in Sight and the user/member. 

 

2. Offers and Membership (The Inner Journey)

2.1 The platform offers a free 7-day trial period. This trial ends completely automatically after 7 days. No payment details are requested in advance, and there are no hidden fees during this period.
 

2.2 After the trial period, the user can voluntarily choose to purchase a paid membership: a flexible Monthly Membership or a Deepening Annual Membership.
 

2.3 The Monthly Membership can be cancelled at any time via the personal account environment on the website. The Annual Membership is entered into for a duration of 12 months and can be cancelled or adjusted towards the end of the term.

3. 1-on-1 Coaching
 

3.1 If a user feels the need for personal guidance during or after completing the exercises, a 1-on-1 coaching trajectory can be agreed upon.
 

3.2 In case of absence, coaching appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations within 24 hours, Clear in Sight reserves the right to charge for the reserved time. 

 

4. Intellectual Property
 

4.1 All intellectual property rights regarding the website, blogs, audio guidance, interactive exercises, and PDF workbooks belong exclusively to Clear in Sight.
 

4.2 The user is not permitted to copy, distribute, sell, or otherwise share content from this website with third parties without prior written consent from Clear in Sight. 

 

5. Liability
 

5.1 The content on Clear in Sight is intended for personal growth and self-reflection. It is explicitly not a substitute for professional medical or psychological help.
 

5.2 Clear in Sight is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the platform or the insights gained.
